Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the Inclusive Development of New Urbanization in Underdeveloped AreasTaking Jiangxi Province as An Example

Abstract
The low level of urbanization development and the imbalance of regional development are the outstanding problems of urbanization construction in less developed areas. Based on the driving force-pressure-state-influence- response DPSIR model, based on the analysis of traditional urbanization development indicators, the index system of influencing factors of the new urbanization inclusive development in less developed areas is constructed, and Jiangxi province is taken as an example. The factors of inclusive development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province are analyzed empirically by the main component regression analysis method. The results show that economic development is the driving force of the inclusive development of new urbanization, the development of population transfer has a reverse effect on the inclusive development of new urbanization, the good ecological environment has a role in promoting the inclusive development of new urbanization, the debt of infrastructure, the deviation of industrial structure, The imperfection of social security and other factors are the main reasons hindering the inclusive development of new urbanization.
