The Research of Undergraduate Party Members on the Vanguard Model and Evaluation Mechanism

Undergraduate party members are the outstanding representatives of college students. Through the current investigation and research about playing a role of the vanguard model for undergraduate party members, the paper analyzed the main problems of playing a role of the vanguard model for undergraduate party members, and then expounded the essence and expression of the role of undergraduate party members in the vanguard and exemplary role. Finally, the evaluation mechanism about the role of undergraduate party members was put forward, through which undergraduate party members could better play a vanguard and exemplary role and strengthen the construction of college students’ party organization.
