Research on Energy-Saving Reconstruction Plan of Civilization of Existing Industrial BuildingsTaking Nanchang 699 Cultural and Creative Industry Park as an Example

  • With the adjustment of industrial structure in China, to follow the principle of sustainability, building environment friendly buildings, and dealing with the problem of the large number of idle industrial buildings, energy-saving renovation has become a new method and new trend for the recycling of the existing industrial buildings across the country. By means of optimization and modification of the original architectural functions in terms of the regional characteristics, utilization of renewable energy and resources, and introduction of advanced technologies and materials, the idle industrial buildings are bursting with new vitality. As a good case in point, Nanchang 699 cultural and creative industrial park focuses on the reconstruction of site microclimate, ventilation and lighting, thermal performance of building enclosure, and recycling and reuse of water resource, which produces positive results according to the statistics based on this investigation. These methods can offer some references for similar cases.
