Evaluation of Intellectual Capital of “Double First-Class” Colleges in Jiangxi Province Based on Entropy Method

Intellectual capital in colleges refers to the knowledge resources possessed by colleges with competitive advantages, which are usually composed of human capital, structural capital and relational capital. Based on the background of " double first-class” construction in Jiangxi province, relevant data of intellectual capital of colleges in " double first-class” construction from 2013 to 2017 were collected, and the entropy method model was used to obtain the annual scores and overall trend of intellectual capital of colleges in Jiangxi province. Therefore, some suggestions on strengthening the management of intellectual capital in colleges in Jiangxi province are put forward.
