Cultural construction is the realistic way to achieve a culturally strong country in China, and it is also the inevitable choice to adhere to cultural self-confidence. With the continuous advancement of socialist modernization in China, the problem of " Being scolded” in cultural construction has become increasingly prominent. Cultural construction should proceed from the current reality of our country and speed up the solution of the two major traps of " Tacitus Trap” and " Thucydides Trap” so as to promote the continuously development of our Socialist Culture.
