Study on Development Strategy of General Aviation Industry Comprehensive Demonstration Area

The correct choice of development strategy is the key to promote the sustainable and healthy development of general aviation industry. Aiming at the selection of the development strategy of general aviation industry comprehensive demonstration area of Nanchang at the present stage, an improved TOPSIS method was adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation study. Firstly, SWOT was used in analyzing the key elements of the development of general aviation industry comprehensive demonstration area and constructing the development strategy plans; AHP-TOPSIS method was applied to comprehensively evaluate the strategic plans and calculate the relative proximity degree of each alternative strategic plan, so as to select the optimal development strategic plan of the demonstration area. The empirical study of Nanchang city shows that the development strategy combining advantages and opportunities is suitable for the development of general aviation industry comprehensive demonstration zone of Nanchang at the present stage.
