Collaborative Innovation: A Path to Enhance Organizational Strength of Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
Party organizations in colleges and universities have problems of weakening, blurring, and marginalization in the party construction to varying degrees and therefore organizational strength of party organizations is not satisfying. Hence party organizations in colleges and universities are difficult to adapt to the needs of the new era. Based on the collaborative innovation theory and management principles, the article employs methodologies from the collaborative innovation theory, such as holistic thinking, systematic thinking, open thinking, and shared thinking, to explore how organizational strength can be promoted through conceptual collaboration, organizational collaboration, team building synergy, and performance evaluation collaboration. It is hoping that the article could provide a reference for decision-making in strengthening the organizational strength of the party organization in the new era.
