The Formation Mechanism and Countermeasures of Professionalization Development of Young Teachers in Universities From the Perspective of Knowledge Management

  • Young teachers are the key force in the development of universities.The professionalization development of young teachers is one of the most important parts of university's talent team construction. From the perspective of knowledge management, the paper focuses on analyzing professionalization development formation mechanism of young teachers in universities on the basis of the knowledge management theory and the interpretation of teacher professionalization. It proposes some countermeasures of professionalization development formation from individual dimension, group dimension, and university dimension.
