Practical Research on the Helping of Students With Difficulties in Employment by the University's Grassroots Party Organizations

This paper focuses on the practical research on the achievements of the grassroots party organizations of a college of Nanchang Hangkong University in helping students with difficulties in employment. It is found that with the help of the party organization of the college, the employment rate of students with difficulties in employment in 2016 and 2017 has become obvious improvement, but there are also some problems. In order to give full play to the role of college party organizations in helping students with difficulties in employment, the author further analyzes the problems existing in the colleges to help students with employment difficulties, and further explores ways to help students with difficulties in employment by the grassroots party organizations of colleges and universities from the two aspects of assistance mode and assistance mechanism.
