On the Life-oriented Turn of the Teaching Paradigm of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

  • Real life is the logical starting point and value aim of Marxist theory. Therefore, life should be the proper paradigm of teaching the course "Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism" (hereinafter referred to as "Principles"). However, due to the limitations of traditional teaching concepts, in the actual teaching process, there is a disconnection between theory and real life, which deviates from the essential requirements of Marxist theory, but also affects the teaching effect of the "principle" course. In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching, improve the classroom ecology, and enhance the life realm of College students, efforts should be made to change the teaching content and the way of speaking, promote the reform of teaching methods, means, deepen the reform of evaluation methods and so on, so as to realize the life-style shift of teaching paradigm.
