The Effective Implementation of Tutorial System for Undergraduates

  • The establishment and implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates is to meet the needs of social development and to cultivate versatile talents, which is the inevitable choice to implement the spirit of human oriented and cultivate individuation talents, as well as an important measure to become a powerful nation of higher education and cultivate innovative talents. In order to promote the effective implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates, we did relevant research and analysis. We mainly studied the undergraduates' understanding of the tutorial system, the specific conditions in the implementation, the views of the college students on the results, and the current problems and causes.Research results showed that the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates had achieved certain effect, but there was still a need for improvement.In addition, we also made suggestions for improving the tutorial system for undergraduates:the clear positioning of the undergraduate tutor system, clear regulations on tutors and college students, and guarantee measures in the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates.
