Research and Practice on the Teaching System of Automatic Control Principle Based on the Whole Process of Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract
The combination of the whole process of cultivating innovative talents and the teaching of specific courses will not only help to improve the creative ability of students, but also enhance the effectiveness of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. On the basis of the inner driving mechanism of the reform of the teaching contents, ideas, patterns and methods of the "automatic control principle", the teacher integrates the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education into the course teaching system of the principle of automatic control. The course teaching system based on the whole process of cultivating creative talents adopts the "Pyramid" structure, which is composed of four modules:theoretical teaching, experimental teaching, innovative teaching and entrepreneurial incubating. It follows the principles of goal orientation, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, comprehensive evaluation and effective encouragement. In the process of teaching practice, we should pay attention to the design of top-level planning, teaching content guidance, assessment feedback, collaborative education mechanism and so on.
