Innovation of E-government Practice Teaching Informatization Evaluation Based on Network Model Application

Abstract
Teaching evaluation is an important part of teaching process. With the informatization of teaching mode, it is necessary to informationalization of teaching evaluation. The article first puts forward the application of the Information Service Collaborative network model into the E-Government practice teaching informatization evaluation. according to the application of model, the hits algorithm and the TF algorithm are used to analyze some typical learning behaviors, and then the learning effect and potential seriousness of the learning participants, diagnosis is performed and the type of learner is divided accordingly. The data shows that the relationship analysis based on learning behavior can effectively discriminate the potential seriousness and effect of a learning participant and depict the type of learner, which provides a basis for the accurate evaluation of e-government teaching in the future.
