Nowadays, International relations are changing rapidly. Therefore, all nations in the world are always observing the world situation and adjusting their relative policies at home and abroad to maximize the protection of their own interests. Naturally, interests are the first priority to the most of nations. But, culture from a nation is also a concern. Totally speaking, culture on international relations usually affects its foreign style and policy. At the same time, cultural relations among different nations also directly impact international relations. That is to say, nations with a similar cultural background will possibly be united, otherwise, nations will partly have some conflicts. Furthermore, religious problem is a very hot issue according to the recent international relations. As the very important part of culture, religion has seemly more priority to international situation. Therefore, it is inevitable for any nation to strengthen cultural safety, cooperation and integration and oppose cultural hegemony.
