On Developing Reflective Ability of College English Teachers

  • In recent years, teachers' professional development has gain more and more attention and reflective teaching is regarded as the core focus in the field of teacher education. Enhancing teacher's reflective ability has become an effective way for the development of teachers' profession. By exploring the definition of reflective teaching and the features of College English, this article discusses the necessity to improve the reflective teaching level of College English teachers, as well as give guidance on how to draw on the practical reflective methods in English teaching.
