Restatement of the Power of Legal Supervision of the People's Procuratorate

The People's Procuratorate is an important part in the state power system, but the current legal documents on the expression of the nature of procuratorial power is not clear enough.This makes the power of the People's Procuratorate operation into an embarrassing situation. Although the power of the People's Procuratorate is very complex, it still belongs to the power of legal supervision.The power of supervision covers four aspects of legislation, law-abiding, law enforcement and judicial. These four powers are enjoyed by the People's Procuratorate, but still need to distribute through the reasonable arrangement of the internal mechanism in order to avoid unclear positioning and responsibility. In the implementation of the power of legal supervision, the People's Procuratorate should adapt to the trial-centered and accurate judicial responsibility,make a balance to the law applicable and legal supervisors double identity.
