A Postmodern Feministic Study of Snow White

Abstract
This paper analyses Barthelme's adaptation from the Grimm Brother's fairy tale Snow White from the perspective of the post-modern feminism which is based on Foucault's theory. From the aspect of self-surveillance, discipline and punishment, it aims at discussing the complic ated relationship between woman's body and man's power under the vision of post-modern feminism.
