First, organizational demands should change from the pursuit of loyalty and satisfaction to happiness. Second, human resource management needs to undertake the responsibility of cross-border management. Third, it is necessary to explore a partnership model of human resource management. Fourth, the employment relationship has changed from the employee's society to the cooperative relationship. Fifth, it is necessary to establish the non-boundary career management of makerization employee. Sixth, it is necessary to establish the whole process of "maker incentive"system.
