  • The lost daughter of Happiness is one of the representative novels of Chinese female writer Yan Geling after her migration, The traumatic events described in the novel deeply reflect the living conditions of the early Chinese immigrants, especially the female immigrants, with strong historical and social significance. That is why the writer chose it as the breakthrough point to analyze the early Chinese immigrants and the Images' changes, and it try to reach and explore the prototype of the image of immigrants in the text by stories of the Chinese immigrants in the United States. And analyze the hidden factors which are behind the changes of images combined with the history.
