The Blend of Chinese and Western Cultures Written by Different Immigrant Generations in North American Diaspora literature

  • Through the text analyzing of three English novels:Midnight at the Dragon Café, The Woman Warrior and lily in the Snow, this paper analyzes the different manifestation modes and their artistic expressions effects of the blend of Chinese and western cultures presented in these novels. The purpose is to reveal the relevance between these manifestation modes and the writer' immigrant status.
