The Labor Model of Ground Departments Operating Positions of China's Civil Aviation and Its Application——An Empirical Study about the Ground Sector in the A Ariport

Labor quota management is an important research field of labor economics, and is an important part of human resource planning, and is the basic business management work. It has an increasingly important role in the field of human resource management. Based on an empirical research about the ground sector in the A ariport, we build a labor model of ground departments operating positions of Chinese civil aviation that fills the gaps in the domestic research. The model can be used in program management, efficient management and cost management and is very important to improve the management of the domestic civil aviation.
