Production Throughput Improvement for Plant Streamline N

    Abstract
  • The object of this research is the new production line in Enterprise of N, firstly, analyzes the reasons of low production capacity by Fishbone diagram. Then to improve the throughput of the plant streamline N based on the methods of industrial engineering as ECRS,work study and man-machine operation analysis, for increased productivity. Finally. this research reveals the truth that assembly line is a high-efficiency mode of production, the production capacity of each process is studied to balance the line.
