Thinking about Rule by Law on the Dilemma of Anti-corruption

  • Our country has strong will and determination in fighting against the corruption, and the achievements are remarkable, but the situation of anti-corruption isn't optimistic. The corrupt men with competence should be punished, but they should also be pitied. The root of these dilemmas is that rule of law has not been able to achieve well in our country, because of the authority of the constitution has not been established; the judicial organizations are not independent to do their jobs; rule of man has a long history and the conception of law is lack in China. We must set up the authority of the constitution, insist governing by the constitution; we must improve our systems, so that the judicial organizations can do their jobs independently; the government must be rule by the law, and the government must accelerate the construction of the ruled government. Only in these ways can we remove the dilemma of anti- corruption.
