Historical Experience and Contemporary Implications of "Mass line" in DENG Xiao-ping

Mass line"is the creative theory of historical materialism which is applied to the Chinese society, with which China socialism receives its succession and foundation. Its scientific meaning contains collections of intelligences of people,concentration of people's thought and realization of people's will. In the beginning of reform and opening up, the focus of work of CPC has been transferred to economic construction. Considering the characteristics of China, Deng inherited "mass line" and developed it in three dimensions, such as drafting government's policy, social governance and the cultivation of ideas of socialism. Thus, analyzing the scientific meaning of "mass line" in DENG Xiao- Ping is an essential way to understand the current policy of CPC positively.
