The Reform of Internal Management of Teaching and Research University Strategy Choice

  • The development of teaching and research university, research university and teaching university conflict each other. They are difficult in the extrusion of colleges and universities, the fuzzy of development goals, and the confusion of system and mechanism. Management autonomy, personnel input, scientific management level, and two level management reform, are not adapt to the university, and that they had influenced severely the connotation of characteristic development and level of quality improvement, so they need to be changed. Following the law of academic and management, strengthen the construction of regulations, the university charter age regression; explore the clerk system, managers regression standard; reform of two levels of management, colleges return to standard, may be the choice of the current teaching and research university internal management reform strategy.
