Empirical Analysis of FDI and High Technology Industry Development

With the influence of economic globalization, the developed countries has upgraded and transferred industry in droves, and focused on foreign investment in high technology industries,such as the processing, assembly, research and development departments of high technology industries has transferred to our country. In the knowledge economy era, the level of development of high technology industries related to a country's comprehensive national power and international competitiveness. It means that foreign direct investment provided a good opportunity for our country's high-tech industry development and the enhancement of economic power, but high technology industries had some problems in the process of FDI. Especially the within-foreign technology gap would influence the future development of China's high technology industries. Therefore, from three aspects to make the empirical analysis of FDI spillover and high technology industries, proposed the recommendations of how FDI policy promotes the industrial optimization.
