Research on the Evaluation of the Development Environment of Private Economy Based on PCA

Private economy is an important support of regional development of our country. It is a realistic subject of objectively evaluating the development environment of private economy and correctly choosing the development ideas,when all localities are facing with the increasingly complex exchanges and cooperations. Based on constructing the evaluation index system of the development environment,the paper chose relevant data of Nanchang private economic development from 2007 to 2012, and analyzed from point of empirical view by using PCA principal components analysis method, in order to get a scientific and reasonable evaluation result, finally, provide intellectual supports to optimize the environment and strengthen the regional competitiveness.
