Analysis of Science and Engineering College Students'Employment Ability——Based on the Explanation of CareerEDGE Model

    Abstract
  • Based on the CareerEDGE model, using the method of factor analysis, quantitative analysisand found out the influence factor of science and engineering college students' employment ability.Based on the analyzed results,we finally proposed some countermeasures to enhance the science and engineering college students' employment ability.
