In order to meet with the development of society and the diversification of demand system, we should be appropriate to expand the extension of element of acquisition in good faith, from angles of legislation theory and interpretation theory, by the analysis methods of economics. The use of the way of cost-benefit analysis and trade economics principle has played a decisive role in the law of obligation. From The transaction security and efficiency of the system value which the acquisition in good faith pursuit, admitting the pattern of interests both parties formed agree with that system. Although the transaction violates legislators will, but at least it will not produce negative social externalities obviously. From the viewpoint of explanation and the perspective of the Contract for the Sale of Judicial Interpretation, we proposed the formalism suggestions on regulating the pattern of alteration of real right.
