Some Problems in the Design of Intelligent AC Magnetization Current Controller

The problems that must be solved in the design of intelligent AC magnetization current controller,such as measurement of nonsinusoidal AC magnetization current and linearizing the demagnetization rate,are discussed in the paper.The relation of current,triggering angle and load power coefficient angle in magnetization circuit are analysed in detail in the paper and on this basis the scheme of solving the problems is put forward.At the same time,the composition and the operational principle of the intelligen AC magnetization current controller with singlechip technique as its core are related.It has ceratin significance in promoting the country's technology of detecting damnification with magnetic powder.
