Design of the high accuracy power signal phase meter based on DSP

Starting with the method of phase measure based on FT analysis introduces the software and circuit design of a new kind of phase instrument.This kind of phase instrument works on the power frequency in high precision based on DSP,the real measurement of its precision is above 0.02° and the ability of its anti_jamming is strong.The correlative technology of this kind of instrument is emphasized.
