Recovery experiment of valuable metals from spent lithium ion batteries

  • According to the characteristic of positive electrode materials of spent lithium ion batteries,the recovery experiment to separate the valuable metals from the spent lithium ion batteries was investigated.The results show that the best concentration of NaOH for aluminum leaching is 1.250mol/L.The best acid leaching condition was temperature 80℃,50% H2O4,30% H2O2 1.4ml/g(alkali soaks dregs),and time 120min.
