The Influence of Different Si/C Scales on Casting of Carbon Equivalent Between 3.6~3.9

  • In terms of the HT250 series products which are made in Shanxi Stretch Equipment Factory, experimental data have been investigated by the application of such mathematical methods in order to determine the relation among different Si/C scales, mechanical behavior and metallographic organization. With reference to the relation, a strict control of the smelting technology is taken. Some methods are put forward to solve these problems. Substantial benefits are produced after these measures are taken.
