Design of the control system of fermentation process of plant sour enzyme
Based on YANHUA industrial controller and module ADAM,a system controlling the fermentation process is designed.This paper introduces the structure and function of the system in software and hardware,and moreover,it discusses how the parameters for the fermentation process is optimized.
