The Relationship between Technological Parameters and Pattern Density in Thin-walled Foamplastic Pattern Moulding

In this paper,a great amount of tests have been carried out on the technological parameters in thin-walled foamplastic pattern moulding.Results have shown existence of a dependance of parameters on the pattern density.The prefoaming process is able to affect the pattern density which,in turn,has effect on the pre-puffing processes.Therefore,different technological parameters should be adopted in accordance with pattern densities.
