Study on coupled vibration of ultrasonic vibrators
The distribution of the coupled coefficient was analysed by General Finite Method and the relation between coupled coefficient and intensity of coupled vibration was studied on the basis of coupled vibration frequency equation for some typical large size ultrasonic vibrator: cylinder、hollow cylinder、stripe-like vibrator and block-like vibrator.
