Development of a Novel Ultrosonic probe for Grid Steel Structure

Problems and characteristics in ultrasonic probe of the welds in the steel sce grid structures with welded spheroid are analyzed in combination with practical inspection.The design of potable crystal probe featuring large angle of reflection,short forward position and small dead zone is implemented.The practicable ways are discovered to accomplish complete ultrasonic probing of the welds in the welded spheroids.
