    Abstract
  • This paper discusses the developing technology of flash disk by USB.It also simply introduces USB flash memory.Flash memory is used widely in computers,intelligent instruments and communication devices.Flash disk is going to replace floppy driver floppy disk and is going to be main movable memory because it has great capacity and small cubage being easy to take.As a new interface technology,USB is favorable because of its simplicity,compatibility and speed.
