Fuzzy-PID for semiconductor laser temperature control system
This article applies Fuzzy-PID algorithm to temperature control system of semiconductor laser,and introduces the design of Fuzzy-PID controller and software simulation.The results show that this algorithm is very high performance and strong robust in the process of the temprature control with large time delay and inertia system.
