Fault analysis of potassium chloride zinc electroplating in mass production-scale

Fault of potassium chloride zinc electroplating in mass production-scale has been analyzed. The results showed that major failures of zinc electroplating were piebald, mist, coating scoring, passive film scoring, paint flow and so on. Primary measures to ensure quality part rate were selecting good brightening agent, reinforcing washing after plating, improving on means of taking out work pieces, emphasizing management and so on.
