The Study of Guarantee Measures on the Total Amout Control of Pollutant Discharge in Aviation Industry System

On the base of study the project of main pollutant discharge total amount control during the ninth Five-year plan,the current situation of pollutant discharge about the aviation industry is analysed,the experience of the expeimental enterprises is summarized,the guarantee measures of total amount control are proposed,the research result is for other industry reference.
