A Study on Quality Controlling System of Spot Welding

    Abstract
  • The principle of single chip microcomputer fuzzy control for resistance spot welding is introduced.The algorithm of fuzzy control is detemined.The hardware structure and the software design of fuzzy controlling system for resistance spot welding are analyzed.The experimental result shows that the fuzzy controlling system can realize fuzzy control of spot welding quality,and has characteristic of self adaptive,and can be used to manufacture intelligently in resistance welding.
