Comparison of Welding Characteristic of Fuzzy Wave Contol Electrical Power Source and Constant Voltage Power Source of CO2 Welding

  • In this paper,the principle of Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source is introduced.Welding characteristic of Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source and constant voltage power source with eletrical reactor are compared.The experiment results show that Fuzzy wave controlled CO2 welding power source has superior welding characteristic in small spatter,good weld formation,control characteristic,and stabel welding process.The reasons are discussed too.
