Study on Springback of Age Forming for LY12Mo Alloy

    Abstract
  • This paper explores age forming technology and deforming rule of bending process for LY12MO aluminum alloy by orthogonal test,based on self-contained mechanical die.Influence subsequance of process parameter on age forming was obtained.Actual control was explored in this paper.Result shows that springback would reach less than 12% under the best technology,and metallurgical structure would be changed.
