    Abstract
  • A Java-based network control technology of the microscope auto-focus technology is presented,imposing JMF(Java Media Framework) technology C/S(Client/Server) network control mode and socket communication and base on Java serial communication for implement-ing network control microscope auto-focus.Real-time network video transmission and real-time control commands sent over the network are achieved.Experiments showthat network control technology based on C/S mode could satisfy the real-time control.
