Preparation of Chloramphenicol-Imprinted Polymer

  • By using chloramphenicol as the template molecule,methacryamide as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the croes linking monomer.,a chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer was prepared by the molecular imprinting technology and photo-initiated polymerization.The conditions for preparation of the imprinted polymer were investigated and optimized.The results showed that chloramphenicol-imprinted polymer had faster adsorptive rate and higher adsorptive capacity,as compared with its corresponding non-imprinted polymer,and that photo-initiated polymerization was better than heat-initiated polymerization.
