Studies on extraction of general flavone compound from artemisia selengensis turcz by refluxing with ethanol

Extraction of general flavone compounds from artemisia selengensis turcz by refluxing with ethanol as solvent was studied.All factors were fully discussed and the results were analysised.The optimum conditions of extraction were as followed:70% ethanol as solvent,1:40 for the ratio of material to solvent,extraction at 90℃ and pH 10 for 100min,and extraction twice.The rate of extraction of general flavone compound from artemisia selengensis turcz was 6.82%.
