The Bulk Synthesis of a New Liquid Crystal Polymer by Solution Polymerization

    Abstract
  • In this paper,the monomer of 2,5-bis(4-butyloxyphenyl)oxycarbonylstyrene and the polymer of Poly2,5-bis(4-butyloxyphenyl)oxycarbonylstyrene were successfully synthesized through intermediate vinyl terephthalic acid and further characterized by IR,NMR and elemental analysis,the results of IR,NMR and elemental analysis showed that the product of BPCS and PBPCS meet the requirements.
