    Abstract
  • The surface solar cell which is suitable for small aircraft is designed according to the contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory and invention principle,solving the contradiction between increasing the solar cell's area and increasing aircraft's weight as well as the contradiction of conversion efficiency being less than existing plane solar battery caused by using the flexible solar battery.
