Catalytic Synthesis of Apple Ester-B by Solid Superacids TiO2/SO42-
Apple ester-B is synthesized by reaction of ethyl acetyl acetate and 1,2-propanedion,with TiO2/SO42- as catalyst.Results show that the ratio of ethyl acetyl acetate(0.077 mol) to 1,2-propanedion to cyclohexane to TiO2/SO42- is 1:1.2 to 15 ml to 1.0 g for 2.5 hours.On these conditions the yield reaches 73%、The product is confirmed by physical and chemical tests.
